Terms and Conditions

  1. We regret that places cannot be reserved on this course until full payment has been authorised.
  2. Following booking, if you find you are unable to attend on the day then you must give us more than 30 days notice by email in order to receive a full refund or a date on an alternate course.
  3. Any persons wishing to withdraw between 30-14 days before the course will receive a 50% refund. This is because over-subscribing leads to people being turned away. This refund system allows us to re-market seats where possible to previously disappointed customers.
  4. Any persons wishing to withdraw 13 days or less before the day of the course will receive no refund.
  5. Multiple person/group reservations must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Discounts only available if booked through a single transaction.
  6. Any group receiving discounts are not eligible for refund in the event of not being able to fill their quota of reserved places. This is to prevent speculative overbooking which may lead to other interested customers being denied a place on this over-subscribed course.
  7. Any customer unable to attend on the day due to unforseen circumstances, such as illness or transport problems, will not be eligible for any refund or transfer to a later course.
  8. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
